We believe that everyone should have access to affordable, high quality dental care. For those without dental insurance, we are proud to offer the Ford Family Dental Patient Membership Plan. In addition to high quality preventative care, the Patient Membership Plan entitles our members to a generous discount on any other treatment, service or product delivered in the membership year.
Membership plans are annual (from the date of sign-up) and are non-refundable within that Plan year. Membership fees can be paid monthly (with credit card on file), or a discount is available for full year payment at start of Plan year. The Ford Family Dental Membership Plan is not an insurance plan.
