Cancellation Policy

For Doctor and Hygiene Recall Appointments

  1. Hygiene Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy We understand that emergencies and obligations can arise, causing you to miss an appointment. However, if you do not call to cancel, you may be preventing another patient from receiving necessary dental care. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 business days in advance to avoid a $50 fee, which is not covered by insurance.
  2. Scheduled Appointments We strive to keep our appointments on schedule for the benefit of all patients and staff. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule.
  3. Dentist Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy Restorative appointments require significant time. Therefore, last-minute cancellations can be problematic and costly. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 2 business days in advance to avoid a $100 fee, which is not covered by insurance.
  4. Account Balances All balances are due on the day of your appointment. If you have questions about your bill or need to discuss payment plan options, please speak to a business office representative to review your account and concerns.
